For the brand's first-ever holiday film, we told the true story of Lee, a Travelers employee who opened his home to strangers caught in a snowstorm. No scripts, no Hallmark movie ending. Just real people, real kindness, and a much-needed reminder that care isn’t dead.

To bring the film to life, we created a visual world that sits somewhere between film and theater, using snow as our main storytelling element.
